• All returns must be authorized by Process Fittings Inc. prior to shipping within 15 calendar days from receipt. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return shipping label.

2. Return Conditions:

• Returns must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or installation will not be accepted for return.
• Special order items, custom-made products, and items sold as-is are non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Process Fittings Inc. error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).
• We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

4. Refund or Credit:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Process Fittings Inc. will issue a refund or credit to your original payment method.
